Hello, I am Bud! Life can be so hard at times, and we can sometimes feel completely lost and stuck. What ever brings you to counselling at this time I will be with you. I am a qualified Humanistic counsellor, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP); and I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

About me and my practice

I offer my clients warmth, compassion, kindness, respect, and acceptance. I will provide a confidential space for you to talk about anything and everything. I have experience counselling adults and young people, with different issues, including: anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, LGBTQ+, negative thoughts and behaviours.
I understand that some things might feel difficult and scary to talk about, so we will go at your pace, there is no rush. We've got this.

Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People (8-18 years)
BA (Hons) Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Certificate in Counselling Skills
Experience as an IAPT counsellor working with adults using the NHS IAPT service.
Experience working for a charity offering counselling and emotional support to young people aged 11-25.
Alongside my private practice, I work part time at a mental health charity in Chichester, as the Counselling Lead.
